ASSIGNMENT

An international brand of premium lighting products planned to foster its marketing performance through an improved and automated lead management for the Austrian market as a first step.

APPROACH

We defined a comprehensive customer experience and performance system in accordance with the brand’s overall positioning. Furthermore a concept for implementing the corresponding activities has been developed.

RESULT

After assessing different market segments according to their attractiveness and the elaboration of a sound customer experience conception an applicable content logic has been defined. Finally a rough lead management structure as well as concrete activities have been planned in order to reach targets. The brand still ranks top globally within the market of premium lighting products and holds a strong position in Austria - after handover to a new CEO the plan unfortunately has not been implemented.
