A newly established company within the fruit trading business planned to establish a new brand for the food retail industry on an international level. This brand should be equipped with a differentiating positioning and activities accordingly.

APPROACH

We developed a comprehensive brand strategy foundation including it’s experience concept for both the b2b as well as the b2c brand.

RESULT

This premium brand has been successfully launched in the food retail industry especially within the area of German speaking countries. A decent proportion of large retail chains has been listing the new brand until today. The brand gained a remarkable market share within the German speaking countries.
