ASSIGNMENT

A Germany-based day-care hospital was looking for innovative ways to acquire new patients especially for different cancer treatments.

APPROACH

On the basis of a rough growth concept including brand strategy, customer experience and marketing performance first activities have been implemented in a pragmatic way in order to quickly raise leads and generate conversions.

RESULT

Within a timeframe of approx. 3 months acquisition of new patients has been more than doubled, providing a stable foundation for the whole clinic. The day clinic created a strong basis for prosperous development.
