ASSIGNMENT

An Austrian office furniture manufacturer with a strong brand of high international reputation and awareness faced the need for a strategic optimization in order to accomplish the turnaround.

APPROACH

We developed a complete repositioning for the company and new strategic orientation through 6 descent strategy fields, e.g. a new segmentation, transformed offer portfolio, optimized market selection, reorganization including processes etc. Finally these strategic cornerstones have been transferred into various downstream implementation projects.

RESULT

With a part of the defined activities in implementation the new concept has been handed over to the new CMO after a period of more than 1 year of intensive work. The firm has finally been taken over by an investment company - most elaborated activities have unfortunately not been implemented.
